Returns and Service

Are you not satisfied with your product or has your product arrived damaged?
We find that very annoying, which is why we are happy to work with you to find a solution.

Our terms and conditions state our procedure for returns and what service we offer.

Below we briefly summarize:

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product
  • Returning a product? You only pay the return costs. We will arrange transportation for you.
  • Exchange product? You only pay the return cost. If in stock, we will send you the new product immediately.
  • Do you receive a damaged product? We fix that, too, immediately.

Returning? Use the right of withdrawal form*

Is the product not to your liking and you want to return it? Then you can cancel the purchase within a period of 14 days after receiving the product.

You can do this by notifying us, for example by completing this right of withdrawal form and sending it to info@grapezero.nl. After you have informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase, you must return the products to us within 14 days at the latest.

My money back

You are entitled to a refund if the product is not to your liking (if you let us know within 14 days of receiving the product).
We will refund the amount you are entitled to via the payment method you used to make the payment. If you want to receive it in another way, please state this clearly on the withdrawal right form. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Upon return, you will receive a refund of the entire amount you paid to us to receive the product. From that comes the return costs incurred to collect the package from you. These costs are the same as the shipping costs found on our website. Of course, you may also return the product to us in Den Hoorn saving you these costs.

We ask that you repackage the product in its original packaging.

Yes, you can. If you have ordered a product from our basic range, you can exchange it for another product from this range free of charge.

Despite the fact that we pack and ship our products with the greatest care, it can happen that damage occurs during transport. We want to resolve this as quickly and well as possible. To do that, we need your help!

If the package arrived to you damaged, we hope you made a note when you placed your signature when receiving the package.
We ask that you take photos of the damaged products and (if possible) the packaging and email them to us. We will then contact each other to discuss the situation.
