Do you have a complaint about a Grape Zero product or our service?
We find this very annoying and we want to resolve this to your satisfaction as soon as possible!

We would appreciate it if you let us know by phone (this is the quickest way) or by email what you are not satisfied with. We will then immediately come up with an appropriate solution.

Is your complaint not resolved after an initial contact with one of our colleagues? Please be so kind as to submit your complaint to us in writing (by email or post). Please send your complaint stating your name, address, place of residence and customer number or order number to:

Once we receive your letter, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt.
You will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is also always possible for you to submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

It is also possible for EU consumers to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
